This year’s recipient has devoted her entire career to her passion for diversity, civil rights, and inclusion. Kathleen founded the  Colorado Campaign for Inclusive Excellence, now known as the Center for Legal Inclusiveness (CLI), in Denver, Colorado and led the nonprofit as its Executive Director from 2007 through 2013. Now heading Kathleen Nalty Consulting, LLC, she continues to assist many legal organizations in their implementation of inclusiveness initiatives, including law firms, government legal offices, and corporate law departments. Please join us on the 10th as CLI recognizes Kathleen and her good works.
